Before training camp, we have a number of open dates where you can meet us.
Test the Waters - Start by dropping in to one of our conditioning and skills training nights:

trainings are open to all- you don't have to be registered or have
experience. Coach will work with you at your level. If you have gear,
bring it.

First FREE
conditioning session with Coach Relf. Core strength, foot speed,
agility, and power for breaking away... No equipment needed. All are
welcome.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 13th 6:30pm - 9pm
Training
night with Coach Colwell. Corey runs a six-man league up in Central
Alberta, and he's coming down to show us the fundamentals of six-a-side
ball. Equipment optional. Tackle skills for players who bring
equipment. FREE for first time, then 5$ drop-in after.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 15th 9:30am - 11:30am
QB
& Receiver skills with Coach Relf. Footwork, patterns, ball
handling... Equipment optional. Bring your equipment and coach will
spend an extra half hour working with us in gear. FREE for first time, then 20$ drop-in after.
